Nike’s Halloween Sneakers Give LeBron, KD and Ja Their Own Scare

The monsters are different. So are the shoes. Here’s the athlete-by-athlete breakdown before your wish list gets out of hand.

Some people prepare for Halloween by buying candy. Sneaker collectors apparently prepare by explaining why another pair of basketball shoes is completely necessary.

Nike’s 2026 Halloween lineup gives them material to work with. Ja Morant gets a zombie theme, Kevin Durant leans into the Slim Reaper identity, and LeBron James has a “Storm Drain” edition. These are different athlete stories—not interchangeable names slapped onto one spooky shoe.

Ja Morant: Ja 4 “Zombie”

The Ja 4 “Zombie” is Morant’s low-cut signature shoe in Oil Green, Light Lemon Twist, Black and Bright Crimson. Nike describes distressed textures and red accents, with Cushlon 3.0 cushioning underneath. The distressed finish fits the Halloween theme, while the cushioning is built for basketball.

Nike’s U.S. listing shows a $140 adult price and product code IO7939-300. Match that code when comparing listings. The separately listed Ja 4 High “Zombie” is a different version, not another name for this low-top.

Kevin Durant: KD19 “Slim Reaper”

“KD” means Kevin Durant. His Halloween entry is the KD19 “Slim Reaper”, not a Ja or LeBron release. Nike lists Bright Crimson, Lime Ice, Stadium Green and Dark Smoke Grey, with product code IO8112-600 and a $170 adult price.

The name connects directly to Durant’s nickname. Nike also identifies a dagger-inspired support element around the midfoot and heel. A dagger around the heel? Durant’s nickname is doing plenty of the design work here.

LeBron James: LeBron 24 “Storm Drain”

LeBron’s LeBron 24 “Storm Drain” takes its cue from Pennywise and James’ 2017 Halloween costume, according to Sneaker News’ collection breakdown. The reference belongs to James’ shoe—not Durant’s “Slim Reaper.”

There is also a separate LeBron Witness X “Halloween” in Nike’s catalog. Check the full model name: the Witness X and LeBron 24 are not the same shoe.

A’ja Wilson: A’Two “Potion No. 22”

One Halloween costume apparently wasn’t enough. Nike says Wilson’s A’Two “Potion No. 22” combines elements of her favorite Halloween looks. The mismatched panels and red splashes give this pair its own personality. Match product code IZ2457-100 when looking for this specific edition.

Sabrina Ionescu: Sabrina 4 “Count Ionescu”

“Count Ionescu” gives Sabrina’s signature line a Halloween identity of its own. Nike’s Sabrina 4 listing identifies this edition as IX7058-001. The dark upper and red details set the mood; Nike’s Flyplate, forefoot Air Zoom unit and Cushlon 3.0 foam provide the basketball technology underneath.

Caitlin Clark: Caitlin 1 “Jinx”

Clark’s Caitlin 1 “Jinx” keeps the look dark with a black upper and glow-in-the-dark Ghost Green accents. Nike lists the style as JA4290-001. It belongs to Clark’s own signature line, with Air Zoom Turbo and Cushlon cushioning. We’ve paired her archive photo with the matching product image so there’s no guessing which shoe is hers.

Before you turn your closet into a haunted shoe store

A theme is not a fit test. Check sizing, cushioning, traction, return policies and whether you actually want to play in the pair. A collectible design does not guarantee resale profit—or make a resale markup sensible.

The collection has a staggered release schedule. Check the exact model on Nike or an authorized retailer instead of assuming every pair drops on the same day. Prices above refer to adult U.S. listings checked for this article; availability and regional pricing can change.
