Privacy Policy
Effective October 25, 2026
10 Geeky is operated by Jameson Winnton Enterprises. In this notice, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that business. This notice describes information handling on 10geeky.com.
Browsing and website hosting
Our website is hosted by Vercel. Delivering pages and protecting the service involves processing technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, request times, browser information and security or diagnostic records. This information supports page delivery, reliability and protection against abuse. Infrastructure records may be processed in the United States and other countries where the provider operates.
Hosting records are subject to the provider’s service settings, retention practices and applicable contractual terms. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice for its own information handling.
Browser storage and terms choices
If you accept our Terms & Conditions, our website stores the terms version, your acceptance choice and its time in this browser’s local storage. If local storage is unavailable, it attempts to use session storage instead. Dismissing the prompt records a dismissal for the browser session without recording acceptance.
These records are browser preferences, not an account or a server-side record of a signed agreement. Local storage can remain until you clear it; session storage normally ends with the browser session. You can clear our website’s stored data through your browser settings. Doing so may cause the terms prompt to appear again. Accepting the terms does not provide consent for advertising tracking.
Domain-to-brand-name tool
The name-formatting tool processes the text you enter in your browser. It also writes the domain, optional legal name and expansion choice into the page address. Those values can appear in browser history, copied links and requests made when that address is opened or reloaded. Do not enter private, confidential or sensitive information. Clear the address parameters before sharing a link if you do not want to share those values.
Fonts and embedded videos
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s servers to retrieve them, which involves sending technical request information, including your IP address. Read Google Fonts’ privacy information.
Some articles contain a YouTube player using the privacy-enhanced embed domain. Loading or using that player can send technical and playback information to Google or YouTube. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean that no information is processed. See YouTube’s explanation of embedded players and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Product links and other websites
We link to Amazon, manufacturers, YouTube and other external websites. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases through affiliate links. Those services may process referral information, browser identifiers, cookies and purchase activity under their own policies when you follow a link or use their services. Their purchases, accounts and payment details are handled by those services. Read our Affiliate Disclosure.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can manage cookies and website storage through your browser settings and use the privacy controls offered by services you visit. Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, object to certain uses, withdraw consent, or make a complaint to a relevant privacy authority.
For privacy questions, requests to exercise your rights, or appeals of privacy request decisions, contact 10 Geeky Privacy Administration at hello@10geeky.com. Please describe your request without including sensitive personal information in your initial email.
Security and updates
No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid putting sensitive information into website tools or shared page addresses. We will update this notice as our services and information handling change, with the effective date shown above.
